蟹粉扒時蔬Fresh Vegetable Cooked with Crab Meat (七人份量)~~
菜上铺着一层蟹肉& 蟹膏,橘红色的蟹&翠綠@菜互相映衬,看上去就很吸引.
爽脆的菜也带有鲜味~~清清淡淡的.
大閘蟹粉小籠包Steamed Shanghainese Dumpling with Crab Meat (七人份量)~~
小籠包是Dragon-I的招牌点心, 我也吃过好几次. 但是加上大閘蟹粉@小籠包还是第一次尝试~~
小籠包的表面点缀着橘红的蟹子,晶莹油亮。 放进嘴里,非常@鲜美&可口。
揚州炒飯Yong Chow Fried Rice~~ (七人份量)
用叉燒﹑蝦仁﹑青蔥﹑蛋和干貝炒@揚州炒飯.
清蒸大閘蟹Steamed Hairy Crab~~
清蒸大闸蟹这是大闸蟹最经典的做法,这种做法主要突出螃蟹原汁原味,能最大限度地保持大闸蟹的色、香、味^^
服务员把蒸+處理好的蟹端上桌,大闸蟹色泽橙黄,肉鲜香甜美。翻开底盖,连着把蟹背也一同剥开,蟹背里金色的膏黄就展现在眼前,仔细地把膏黄剥下来,浇上醋,放进嘴里,细细地品味,慢慢地咀嚼,果然是“蟹肉上席百味淡”啊
芝麻湯圓Sesame Dumpling in Ginger Soup~~
大闸蟹偏寒,吃完后一般用姜茶来暖暖肠胃, 服务员为我们送上碗热热的芝麻湯圓,满口都是那浓浓的黑芝麻香~~ 满足@一餐~~
