Double boiled baby superior shark's bone cartilage
The soup was boiled with shark's bone cartilage for more than 6 hours, is very smooth and it's not very thick~ Served with Big Pieces of Shark Fin^^

Braised HOmemade bean curd emerald bean curd with seasonal greens topped with pan fried fresh scallop (Ala Carte Menu rm25 per portion)
Pan Fried fillet of kurobuta pork黒豚~
Kurobuta Park prized for juiciness, flavor and tenderness~

Stewed rice vermicelli & crystal vermicelli with sliced fish and bitter gourd in black bean saurce (Ala carte menu rm45 -small, rm68 - Medium & rm90 - Large)
Chilled Fresh Fruits with aloe vera and hawthorn berries jelly ~ very refreshing and creative dessert specially created by Chef Chan Kwok~
