太誘人.太誘人了我承認我定力不夠..受不迷惑從知道MIGF的存在后,就開始找人陪我去..
忍不到1星期就去吃了^^
MIGF 2008 (Malaysia International Gourmet Festival)美食擂台今年踏入第八屆了這次共有28间参赛的餐厅 (中,西,日本,Italian,馬來,印度 & Asian food)
每間餐厅每個餐价錢都蠻貴的我找了很多讓自己去吃的理由^^ 終于讓我想到了
.............................提早慶祝Christmas
.............................還有"表揚"自己第一次沒三分鐘熱度@做東西..寫"美食記"寫了1年...慶祝Shell加"油"站一周年記念曰^^
我選了位于KL Hilton 的 Iketeru日本餐廳
它參賽的menu如下: 採用fine dining @ 方式上菜 一道接一道的上菜,讓客人有足夠的時間慢慢品嚐美食 (也讓我有足夠的時間慢慢拍照 )

拍照篇因為貪爽+覺得園子較美&特別,所以我迭坐室外 但...............................對從沒在暗暗的地方拍照的我造成了很大@煩惱 很多照片都不能用...

*organic vegetables with Okinawa salt Organice@蔬菜配上沖縄鹽..生的蔬菜沾鹽后變得更清甜
了..還有喜歡那脆脆的口感 ^^
* Home–made tofu 這豆腐 ..就不太合我了

食材只用了鹽來調味,客人能清楚得品嚐到魚& Octopus的新鮮和天然鮮味

外形很吸引的一道菜,是螃蟹肉加蘿蔔做底,上面放了魚子醬& 海胆

碟上放有橘花汁, 淡淡的汁加上淡淡的蟹肉... 不是我愛的( 可能是我不愛螃蟹@原因吧)

炸海鰻 這魚帶點甜味加上脆脆的外衣,讓人情不自禁的一口接一口的吃

由於和牛的血統及飼養方式與其他國家品種的牛隻有別,形成和牛獨特的味道與質感,令和牛牛肉的價格比其他牛隻高。近年,也有其他國家如澳洲輸入及飼養和牛。

自己動手燒
原汁原味的和牛,只需放點粗鹽,就能品嚐到美味多汁的牛肉了
和牛雖沒別人所講入口及熔那么夸張,但它@油花分佈平均細緻,肉質便會嫩而多汁 ^^
