I was there during lunch time of weekend, but it’ quite quiet maybe is due to the high price
Most of the ingredients are imported from overseas , and they’re very creative in making their sushi like using oyster, foie gras, abalone...
我是在星期天午餐時段去用餐@,但只有1-2桌客人.....我想因為它@價錢吧~~~
它大部份的食材都是從外國空運來的,也摘用特別@食材做壽司..如蠔,鮑魚 & 鵝肝



Aburi Wagyu Beef Sushi RM16.00
The beef is sort of like a medium rare, the center part of it is rare only the outer part is grilled...
This beef serve just as original taste without marinating with any spices
火炙和牛壽司, 外層是熟內層是生@~~這和牛壽司沒有加任何香料,原汁原味^^
放進口里慢慢@咬好香好吃..yummyyummy


Extra long sushi is something unique & their selling point as well
千壽@壽司都較長,也是它們@賣點

this maki comes with pcs of foie gras & 2 pcs of oyster
每set有兩粒鵝肝&兩粒蠔壽司^^

This fusion sushi is so unique and excellent! I like it so much!
這融合酉日食材的壽司真@很特別+美味..我很喜歡^^

Foie Gras is grilled in very thin slice which taste really good & unforgetable for me
被烤過@*薄薄*鵝肝外层是脆@,里面却是滑滑的,令我難忘^^


Oyster mentai maki served with a slice of lemon just to keep away the oyster smell

Inaniwa Udon with Tori Ankake RM19.90
There's nothing special about this noodle. It's just like the normal chinese style sticky starch soup noodle which is far below my expectation:(
這面沒什么特別:( 只是用冷面點中式@粘粘的濃湯..這面rm19.90太貴了

remarks:
eventhough this sushi restaurant is a bit pricy but their food are really attractive, I think I'll visit again soon
雖然價錢高了點,但美味特別@壽司太吸引了..嘻嘻,會再去,再去,再去^^
